If not, go to https://members.mediadrive.tv/clientarea.php?action=services and click the service you wish to cancel.
Click the 'Request Cancellation' button, enter a reason (any feedback is welcome!) and then select if you want to cancel immediately or at the end of your currently paid up period.
You will receive a confirmation email of your service cancellation and any payment methods you have will be automatically cancelled.
