Whats the problem with PayPal ?
PayPal subscriptions - when you make your first payment on signup it creates a PayPal subscription for that amount and then automatically transfers that amount each month.
- If PayPal cant process a payment, it pauses your subscription - then each month your service gets suspended and you have to pay it manually
- If your account has a credit (eg: for referring a friend) PayPal still automatically transfers payment so your credit never gets used
Isn't PayPal safer ?
All credit card payments are processed by stripe.com - the worlds largest online credit card processor. The billing system never see's your credit card number, Stripe just gives it the last 4 numbers and an authorisation token which changes every time a payment is made
